About the Course :

This 7-month program provides a strong foundation in nutrition and dietetics. The 6-month theory covers human nutrition, macronutrients, micronutrients, energy calculations, food groups, balanced diets, meal planning, food safety, and nutrition through the life cycle. Students also learn basic therapeutic diets and gain skills in dietary recall, nutrient assessment, and menu design. The 1-month internship involves weekly assignments and case-based practice, preparing learners to work with general wellness clients. This diploma is ideal for those starting their career in nutrition, working in wellness settings, or looking to advance into clinical or specialized nutrition fields. Graduates receive a globally accepted certification.
