About the Course

This 3-month advanced program explores gut health as the foundation of immunity, metabolism, skin health, and mental well-being. The course covers gut anatomy, microbiome science, leaky gut, IBS, SIBO, GERD, bloating, and food intolerances. Learners study the gut-brain axis, low FODMAP diets, prebiotics, probiotics, and gut-healing meal plans. The 1-month online internship involves live case discussions and therapeutic protocol creation for real-world gut health issues. Ideal for clinical nutritionists and functional practitioners, this mastercourse equips learners to confidently support clients in resolving digestive concerns and improving overall health from the inside out.

Course Objectives:

  1. To introduce learners to the anatomy and physiology of the gastrointestinal (GI) system, gut microbiota, and digestive health.
  2. To help students understand the gut-brain axis, immune function, inflammation, and microbiome diversity.
  3. To identify the role of nutrition in managing gut disorders such as IBS, IBD, leaky gut, SIBO, GERD, acid reflux, bloating, and constipation.
