About the Course 

This 3-month internationally certified course covers the full spectrum of women’s health across life stages—menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. Students learn to manage hormonal imbalances, PCOS, thyroid issues, mood swings, PMS, weight gain, and bone health through personalized nutrition and supplementation. The course also includes fertility boosting strategies, cycle tracking, seed cycling, and emotional wellness support. The 1-month internship involves weekly client case simulations and personalized dietary planning. Designed for nutrition professionals and women’s health coaches, this mastercourse prepares learners to become experts in holistic and hormone-supportive women’s nutrition.

Course Objectives: 

  1. To provide a comprehensive understanding of cancer biology, metabolic changes, and nutritional challenges during cancer progression and treatment.
  2. To train learners in nutritional assessment, support, and intervention throughout different stages of cancer—diagnosis, treatment, recovery, and palliative care.
  3. To explore the role of medical nutrition therapy (MNT) in improving treatment tolerance, immune response, energy levels, and quality of life in cancer patients.
  4. To educate students about the effects of chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, and immunotherapy on nutrient needs and digestive capacity.
  5. To enable learners to develop individualized dietary protocols for different types of cancer and symptom-related challenges.
  6. To introduce therapeutic foods, functional nutrition approaches, immune-boosting diets, and evidence-based supplementation.
